Domestic shipping is considered handling billiard goods in country of Croatia, where CueStore.eu Billiard Supply is located. Delivery estimates upon processed orders in domestic transport are:
1. Stock Products: 7 – 12 working days
2. Custom Build Products (Pool and Snooker Cues): delivery time depends on customization requests. In this situation we provide delivery estimates individually.

International shipping covers all European countries. Please note that CueStore.eu Billiard Supply may require additional information from you before we can process your order. We will contact you in the event this is necessary. Additional information may include:
1. A copy of your picture identification
2. An authorization letter and/or other proof of identity
3. Third party identification instrument

Duties and Taxes
There are no Croatian taxes on orders shipped outside the Croatia. CueStore.eu is not responsible for any customs handling fees, duties, or taxes that result when your merchandise is imported to your country. You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. We strongly suggest that you check with your local customs agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. International Delivery Policy

CueStore.eu does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged or delivered by mistake. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Returns, refunds and exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are
responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

CueStore.eu allows order cancellation withing 12 hours after placing it. Cancellation fee is charged in amount of 30,00EUR.
