WARRANTY SUMMARY

FIZOR CUES sets the quality standards in custom cuemaking. Our Lifetime Warranty coverage demonstrates not only our confidence in our cues, but also our incomparable commitment to you, our customers.
FIZOR CUES Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser/owner of the cue and must be purchased from an authorized FIZOR CUES dealer. All warranty claims must include the complete cue and are subject to evaluation at our facility prior to approval. Products that do not qualify for FIZOR CUES Lifetime Warranty can be serviced by FIZOR CUES for a fee. To obtain warranty service on a FIZOR CUES product, return the product to an authorized FIZOR CUES dealer or directly to FIZOR CUES along with a copy of your original sales receipt. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. FIZOR CUES disclaims all warranties for products that are purchased from sellers other that authorized retailers or distributors.

 

WARRANTY COVERAGE

– FIZOR CUES warrants against warpage, defects in material and workmanship and all components of the cue for the life of the product, but excludes replaceable parts such as the tip, ferrule, wrap and bumper
– all FIZOR CUES covered with this warranty will be repaired or replaced without charge
– in the unlikely event your FIZOR CUE has a defect, contact the nearest Authorized FIZOR CUES Dealer of FIZOR CUES directly at +385 95 911 1411 or info@cuestore.eu
– FIZOR CUES does not warrant its products against:
– normal wear and tear including tip, finish and wrap
– misuse, abuse or mishandling
– modification or improper maintenance performed by third parties or
– damage caused by exposure to extreme temperature or humidity
